Pay only for the queries you run
Telebase costs $0.03 per successful lookup, sold as prepaid credit packages with no contracts, no subscriptions and no minimum spend. Every new account starts with 100 free queries and the Starter package, so you can test real queries before committing to a larger package.

Credits are purchased once and never expire. Larger packages lower your effective rate per query. New accounts must start with Starter; Growth and Scale unlock after your first purchase.

How billing works
You are only charged for successful lookups. If a query fails to return a valid response, no credit is deducted. Each account starts with 100 free queries on sign-up, enough to run your first lookups end to end; see the quickstart guide for what that first request looks like.
Payments and receipts are handled by Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record and manages VAT and sales tax on your purchase. There is no recurring billing: nothing renews automatically, and you top up manually when you need more credits.
Refunds
Unused credits can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase, and partially used packages are refunded for the unused remainder in that window. Credits already deducted for completed lookups are non-refundable. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.
